Return Policy

Dan's Man Soap, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at highdesertgoods@hotmail.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence so we can assist you promptly.
